Through story, reflection, creativity and meaningful connection, women are invited to retreat from the busyness of life and gently explore what was, what is and what is still to come.

She Connects is designed for women at all stages of life who are seeking connection, encouragement, personal growth and community.
Do I need to share my story?
Not at all. You are welcome to participate at your own pace. Some women share openly while others simply listen, reflect and enjoy the experience.
Are the programs available online?
Yes. Depending on the offering, opportunities may be available online, in person, or through a combination of both.
